Many of our investors started out with little or no experience and/or success in Real Estate Investing. To be honest, there really is not much that there is to learn about Real Estate Investing that most people do not know, or can find out with a few clicks of the mouse!

After our extensive review, we find the perfect property for our investors… Rehab them if they so choose… Get them rented if they so choose… And manage them, if they so choose!
Since we pretty much can do all the work and provide you with a complete package, you can literally just sit back and collect profits, if you so choose, without actually understanding everything there is to know about Real Estate.
Q. How much time would I need to devote to monitor my investments?
If you choose to let us handle everything from start to finish, there is really not much time that you will have to devote to this endeavor at all! We will simply keep you up-to-date on what’s happening, and when the property is rented, we will simply collect your rents and send them to you at an address that you designate! So, you simply watch your profit increase as time goes on, and when you want to get involved in another deal, just let us know!
Q. Can you really make money in the Real Estate market these days?
That’s a fair question… And the answer is YES, ABSOLUTELY! But not with your ordinary, “buy and flip” strategy! That is so yesterday’s strategy, it is not even funny! Gone are the days that everything moves up, no matter what! Now we investors have to be a bit more sophisticated! The market is more of a buy and rent-out. But we have twisted this into some real returns for our investors.

Q. How do you calculate the percentages that you mentioned?
Annual percentage gains: Net Rental Income / Total Investment
This is your rental income minus your expenses, divided by the costs of purchasing and any rehab.
Investment to Value: Total Investment / After Repaired Value
This is the total cost of the investment, divided by the retail value of the property on the market today.
Q. How much do you charge for all the services that you provide?
All of our services are all built into our pricing models, so that they actually do not cost you anything more than you would pay if you were performing these services yourself.
Q. How many properties do you sell in a given month?
We typically participate in about 5 to 7 good deals with our investors every month.
We reviews hundreds of properties, and only bring the best deals to our group. That way, when you get an alert, you know that it is a good deal!
Q. When are Property alerts usually sent out?
Alerts are sent out when we have “CONTROL” of a property! We control a property, when we have an underlying purchase contract on the property. This means, that you will be able to purchase this property at the price listed, with no worries about the offer getting accepted! However, this is a first come, first served sort of situation. So you must let us know you are interested early, before someone else takes your place!

Q. What about your Management Services? Can I use your services even if I haven’t bought a property from you?
ABSOLUTELY! Our property management company operates completely separate from our sales and partnership division. We did this so that our investors do not feel locked-in to an extended relationship.
